Backstory
Kineon, a company experiencing challenges with revenue growth, performance across the sales funnel, and low conversion rates on specific pages, sought assistance to address these issues. Additionally, they lacked an effective strategy for landing page implementation and were heavily reliant on suboptimal tools such as page flying and gem pages. As a result, their revenue growth was not meeting their desired pace.
Process
The initial phase of the collaboration involved a comprehensive audit and diagnosis of Kineon's challenges. A brand discovery workshop was conducted to gain a deep understanding of the company's position, its origins, and its current state. This was crucial in identifying the areas that needed improvement. Additionally, a competitive analysis was carried out to understand the market landscape and to mine competitor messaging and customer feedback. This information was utilized to shape Kineon's messaging to be distinct and compelling, setting it apart from its competitors. Furthermore, the team worked on creating and testing initial landing page concepts. This process was underpinned by a data-driven culture, which involved regular split testing to ensure that any implemented changes were thoroughly tested and only those that yielded positive results were adopted.
Results
The implementation of a data-driven culture and strategy led tto remarkable results for Kineon. With an impressive 80% win rate on tests, the company projected an increase of over 1 million in monthly revenue over the next 12 months. The introduction of three data-driven updates per week and the strategic offer systems resulted in substantial revenue growth, with monthly revenue reaching 700k per month in November. This represented a significant 300% increase from the revenue generated five months prior. The success of the strategy and the close collaboration with the Kineon team were pivotal in achieving these outstanding results.
